With a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management and a Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education, and over 15 years of experience, I have held significant roles as both a teacher and center director. This extensive experience instills confidence in my knowledge and skills in the early education field.

My commitment to nurturing and educating young minds is evident through my role as a Professional Specialist in Development at the CDA Professional Recognition Council. I bring eight years of extensive experience in administration, recruitment, and personnel selection, making me a seasoned expert in human resources management.
