Bright Children Childcare Staffing (BCCS) is an early childhood education staffing agency dedicated to connecting child care centers and early learning programs with qualified, dependable educators.
With more than 16 years of experience in early childhood education, we understand firsthand the challenges center directors face when building and maintaining a strong team.
Our experience in the field allows us to understand both sides of staffing—the needs of child care programs and the goals of early childhood professionals. That perspective is at the heart of how we recruit, support, and connect educators with the programs that need them.

Bright Children Childcare Staffing was created from years of hands-on experience working in early childhood education.
We know that staffing in a child care program is about much more than filling an open position. The right educator helps create consistency in the classroom, supports children’s development, strengthens teaching teams, and helps programs provide the quality of care families expect.
That understanding inspired BCCS to create a staffing service focused specifically on the unique needs of early childhood programs.
